Katrina has a diverse commercial practice, predominantly in estate and trust litigation in which she provides advice and appears in matters relating to contested probate, family provision, equitable actions, superannuation, and trust litigation. She also practices in the areas of administrative law, general commercial litigation, medical negligence, professional indemnity, and public liability litigation.
Katrina regularly appears in contested applications, trials, mediations and conferences. She is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland, the Australian Insurance Lawyers Association, and the Australian Society of Legal Philosophy, and provides pro bono services to LawRight and the Animal Law Institute.
She holds degrees in Law (Hons) and Psychological Science, and is presently completing her PhD in law at the University of Queensland.
