Dominique commenced legal practice in 1996 and has over 25 years’ experience as a commercial litigator. She has practiced at the private bar since 2002.

Dominique has a particular interest in tax law, areas of law relevant to the Administrative Review Tribunal, and intellectual property law.
Dominique has been consistently recognised as a leading junior counsel in the field of intellectual property in Doyle’s Guide since 2014. In 2024 she was recognised as one of two leading intellectual property and TMT barristers (Queensland) in 2024.
Dominique is also recognised as highly skilled mediator and arbitrator. She has National Mediator Accreditation and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Council Member of the Australian branch of CIArb .
While chambers are in Brisbane, Australia she accepts instructions to appear and acts for clients in all Australian jurisdictions. She also maintains arbitration chambers in Singapore.
Dominque was a quasi-judicial member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for 8 years. Her most recent appointment was as a Senior Member in the Tax & Commercial Divisions.
