List Member Kelly McIntyre will be presenting on “The Power of Authenticity” at Australian Women’s Leadership Symposium on 19 May 2017. Women & Leadership Australia is a national initiative dedicated to supporting a higher representation of female leadership throughout the Australian workforce and the broader community. The symposium will deal with core responsibilities and opportunities of leadership for women and address the diversity debate at upper executive and leadership levels. Kelly will present on the power derived from being authentic and its impact on leadership. She will address the issue of being ‘genuine’; letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are, gives you a platform for connection, leadership and the ability to influence others by being able to focus on the real issues at hand and not being clouded by putting on a façade of what you think others want to see and hear.
