List member Caite Brewer appeared for the brother of a Macedonian woman who was allegedly murdered by her daughter, who is in custody. The brother was successful in obtaining orders to allow her family to return her body to Macedonia for burial. An administrator was appointed to manage the estate, pending the trial. Should the accused be convicted of murder or manslaughter she will forfeit any benefit under the will or right to superannuation.
