Attorney-General & Minister for Justice, the Honourable Yvette D’ath MP, announced on 29th November 2018 the appointment of Hemmant’s List Member, Ms Elizabeth Wilson QC, as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland in the Trial Division.

Ms Wilson QC will take up her new role on Monday 3rd December 2018.
Mr Thomas Bradley QC was also appointed as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland in the Trial Division.
This appointment caps off a significant period for Hemmant’s List with List Member Mark Ambrose QC being appointed Queen’s Counsel and Founder List Member Rebecca Treston QC being elected unopposed President of the Queensland Bar Association.
