Aaron Clark is an experienced litigator with almost two decades worth of experience as a lawyer, with broad experience across a number of different practice areas.
Before commencing at the Bar, Aaron was employed as a senior solicitor providing advice on all areas of estate and trust litigation including family provision applications, trust disputes, will construction, and proceedings involving enduring powers of attorney, guardianship and financial administration. He has a particular interest in proceedings involving equitable causes of actions, particularly as they relate to matters involving adults with impaired capacity and elder financial abuse.
He also has significant experience acting for both insurers and individuals in personal injury claims and accepts briefs in workers’ compensation, public liability, medical negligence and motor vehicle accident matters.
As a government lawyer, Aaron used to advise on matters relating to reviews and appeals of statutory workers’ compensation decisions, public sector disciplinary matters and anti-discrimination claims. He has also advised on and acted for government entities on the civil confiscation of proceeds of crime.
