Ben Wilson was admitted to the Queensland Bar in 2024. Ben has a broad commercial and public law practice, with particular interests in the law related to: contract, commercial equity and trusts, competition and consumer protection, property, succession, migration, administrative law and tax.
He began his career serving as a Legal Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force and continues to render service in a reserve capacity. Leaving the permanent military in 2022, he worked briefly in commercial litigation before accepting an in-house role with a major defence contractor where he worked for two years.
Ben graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with Bachelors of Laws (Hons) and Arts and was admitted as a lawyer the same year. He also holds a Graduate Certificate of Military Law (2021) and a Master of Laws (2022) from the Australian National University.
