Caite’s practice revolves around estate and trust litigation.
More specifically, she provides advice and appears in matters involving contested probate, succession law, superannuation, powers of attorney and breaches thereof, equitable actions to overturn inter vivos transactions, and trust litigation (such as removal and appointment of trustees).
Caite is consistently briefed in significant matters, by the major law firms that operate in her areas of expertise.
Prior to commencing practice as a barrister in Brisbane, Caite was employed as a solicitor for 11 years.
