Caite’s practice revolves around estate and trust litigation.
More specifically, she provides advice and appears in matters involving contested probate, succession law, superannuation, powers of attorney and breaches thereof, equitable actions to overturn inter vivos transactions, and trust litigation (such as removal and appointment of trustees).
Caite is consistently briefed in significant matters, by the major law firms that operate in her areas of expertise.
Prior to commencing practice as a barrister in Brisbane, Caite was employed as a solicitor for 11 years.
Caite has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide 2016, 2017 and 2018 as a “preeminent” Junior Counsel in the area of Wills and Estates Litigation, Queensland. She was also the only Junior Counsel from Queensland to be named as “preeminent” in the National Doyle’s Guide 2017 and 2018 in the area of Wills and Estates Litigation.
