Emma Davis was called to the Bar in 2026 following an established career in personal injury law. She practises across all areas of personal injury litigation, including CTP, public liability, workers’ compensation and medical negligence matters.
In addition to her personal injury practice, Emma accepts briefs in administrative law, with a particular interest in NDIS appeals, as well as coronial inquests, work health and safety prosecutions, succession disputes, employment matters, and regulatory and disciplinary proceedings.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Emma worked with a national personal injury firm and served as an Associate to a Judge of the District Court before working in Chambers with a Senior Member of the Bar for several years.
Emma is also the Secretary of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland where she assists in the administration and governance of the organisation and contributes to initiatives supporting the advancement, connection and professional development of women in the legal profession throughout Queensland.
