Jennifer commenced at the Bar in 2016.
She practices predominantly in personal injuries and insurance law, including claims involving health law and medical negligence, workers’ compensation, historical child abuse and dust diseases. She also practices in administrative, building and construction, and general commercial law.
Jennifer’s broad civil practice sees her regularly appearing, both led and unled, in Federal and State courts, tribunals, the Land Court and the Coroner’s Court. She has appeared in the High Court on applications for special leave and appeals.
She regularly acts for insurers, government and government agencies, corporations, and individuals.
Prior to commencing at the Bar in 2016, Jennifer was a solicitor at Minter Ellison and spent a year as Associate to His Honour Judge Rackemann of the District Court.
Jennifer has a particular interest in environmental law and has acted pro bono for the Environmental Defenders Office.
