Katrina has a diverse commercial practice, with a focuson estate and trust litigation in which she provides advice and appears in matters relating to contested probate, family provision, equitable actions, and trust disputes.
Katrina also practices in the areas of insurance law (including medical negligence, public liability, workers’ compensation and professional indemnity litigation) and administrative law.
Katrina regularly appears in contested applications, trials, mediations and conferences. She is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland, the Australian Insurance Lawyers Association, and the Australian Society of Legal Philosophy, and provides pro bono services to LawRight, Caxton Legal Centre, and the Animal Law Institute.
She holds degrees in Law (Hons) and Psychological Science, and is presently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in law at the University of Queensland.
