Prior to being called to the Bar, Logan Campbell practised as a solicitor in top tier firms (major projects and construction groups) in Wellington (New Zealand), Sydney and Brisbane for 18 years.
Specialist in building and construction law and commercial, contractual and insurance related disputes. He has particular experience in matters involving complex projects, including:
- transport (rail and road) infrastructure
- marine infrastructure
- industrial and commercial construction
- gas, electrical and renewable energy and power infrastructure & power stations
- commercial, government and residential/mixed-use projects
- property disputes
- security of payment disputes
Logan has significant trial experience, regularly appearing in arbitrations, appeals and in the Supreme and District Courts and has substantial experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation and expert determination). He also regularly acts as mediator and arbitrator.
