Peter Travis is a commercial barrister, national mediator and California attorney who has been an advocate for nearly 25 years.
In Australia, Peter has appeared in the trial and appellate courts on disputes involving banking and finance, construction, trade practices and competition law, insurance, shareholder oppression, regulatory enforcement, restraint of trade and intellectual property.
Before joining the Queensland Bar in 2008, Peter was admitted to practice as an attorney at the California Bar after passing the Bar Exam in 2002.
In the US, Peter represented major film and television studios in First Amendment, intellectual property and antitrust disputes, among other commercial disputes.
