List member Kathryn McMillan QC has delivered the Youth Detention Review Report to the Acting Attorney-General. Kathryn chaired the Commission with Co-chair Professor Megan Davis. List members Janice Crawford and Katrina Kluss were also briefed to assist the Commission.
